Pop Of Health’s 75 Healthy Holiday Gift Ideas for 2018

It’s that time! Can you believe it? This week the turkeys will be roasting, the taters will be mashed and millions of people will wait in horrendously long lines (some as early as Thanksgiving evening) to snag sales and get a jump start on their holiday shopping. While their cortisol goes through the roof on Friday, I wanted to offer you an alternative. I have gathered together seventy-five Emily-approved holiday gifts with a healthy spin, all of which you can shop for from the calm and comfort of your home (if you want to).
