What is your shipping policy?

Boxes are shipped within 3 business days of purchase. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details.

DOMESTIC

We ship to all 50 States, all U.S. Territories and APOs.

INTERNATIONAL

We currently ship to most Canadian Territories for a flat rate of $15 USD. We are working hard to bring THE NON TOX BOX™ to as many members of our community as possible.


What comes in THE NON TOX BOX™?

Each box is stylishly curated with 5-10 items that help you reduce your use of and exposure to plastics; reduce your exposure to chemicals used in many household and personal care items; vote with your dollar in support of brands that put people and planet before profit; and ultimately have an immediate and lasting impact on your world. We recommend you refer to the item list for each box as they are each curated with a different number of items and a unique impact.

Can I gift THE NON TOX BOX™?

Absolutely! When you add your box to your cart it will ask you if the box is a gift. If yes, include your name, your recipient’s name and a brief message in the comments section and we will include a hand written note from you to them.

What is the impact of each box?

We recommend you refer to the item list or impact card for THE NON TOX BOX™ you’ve purchased as they are each curated with a different number of items and a unique impact.

Are the items in THE NON TOX BOX™ Vegan?

While the majority of our boxes are free of animal products, we recommend you refer to the item list for each box as they are curated with different audiences and solutions in mind. Any animal products used in our boxes are humanely and sustainably sourced.

Do you use any plastic?

We do not include any single-use plastic in our boxes. There are cases where a plastic element is used in a product, for example in a lid or the spray nozzle for cleaning supplies. Any plastics in our boxes must be durable, reusable, come in little to no contact with food or beverage, and meet our strict standards. We specifically state the use of plastic in the description of each box.

What is your return policy?

We do not accept returns or exchanges or issue refunds for THE NON TOX BOX™. Each box contains only items we have thoroughly tested and fallen in love with and we share the specifics of each item in the box prior to purchase so you can be sure each item will have an impact on your world. If there is an issue with any item in your box, please reach out to us within ten days of receipt with details and photos at hello@popofhealth.com and we will assist you.

What if an item in THE NON TOX BOX™ arrives damaged?

While we carefully pack and ship each box, we understand things can happen when in transit. Don't worry! Simply send us a note within ten days of receipt to hello@popofhealth.com and we will make it right! Please include your order number, details of the issue and a picture or video of the damage.

What if I was sent the wrong item or something is missing from my order?

Please contact hello@popofhealth.com with your order number and photo of the box and we will make sure you receive the correct items.

Can I cancel or change my order?

An order cannot be cancelled or modified after it has been placed. If you made a mistake in your order, please email hello@popofhealth.com and we will help identify a solution.

Do you offer gift cards for THE NON TOX BOX™?

We do not offer gift cards at this time. However, you can send any box as a gift. If you have a special request please reach out to us at hello@popofhealth.com .

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all debit cards, major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express, PayPal, Venmo and ApplePay.
