A Note From Emily: Hello, change makers. I want to first offer a heartfelt thank you to everyone who continues to support the work of Pop Of Health and The Non Tox Box™ during this time of crisis and change. Your ongoing support emotionally, spiritually, socially and financially means the absolute world to us and is what allows us to support this community in all the ways we have and will continue to do. I want to share with you some of the ways we are adjusting and responding to the COVID019 pandemic to protect the safety and health of our team, partners and customers; ensure the sustainability of our business and mission; and support the efforts globally to get needed medical supplies into the hands of doctors and nurses on the frontlines of this crisis.

First, in addition to increased cleaning and disinfecting of all products, spaces, surfaces and packing materials in our offices, we have worked with our shipping partners to identify and enact a plan that will allow us to continue to ship while reducing any chance of contamination or spread during this pandemic. While the World Health Organization has assured us that it is safe to receive and ship packages during the COVID-19 pandemic and that “the likelihood of an infected person contaminating commercial goods is low and the risk of catching the virus that causes COVID-19 from a package that has been moved, travelled, and exposed to different conditions and temperature is also low”, we have created a holding zone where all packages will be held for 48 hours before being collected by our shipping partners. Please note this will add 48 hour to our usual 3-5 business day delivery window.

Second, we will be releasing limited edition items beginning today and continuing over the following weeks, from which a portion of the proceeds will go to ProjectHOPE an global humanitarian organization helping get much needed medical supplies and protective gear to the nurses and doctors on the front lines of the pandemic. “To date, Project HOPE has delivered a total of nearly 5 million face masks as well as isolation gowns, protective coveralls, exam gloves, and other protective gear to hospitals on the front lines in Hubei province and Shanghai. Project HOPE is also providing lifesaving medical equipment to support patient care and treatment, including disinfection machines, medical air compressors, and ventilators.” With your support, we hope to help them do even more. Third, while we planned to release two new boxes next month in celebration of Earth Day, after speaking directly with members of our community about how we can serve, support and show up for you, we have postponed those boxes and shifted our energy toward curating and providing new options that will allow you to take care and show yourself some love (with safer, health promoting, Pop Of Health approved products of course) while spending more time at home (at a steep savings as always!).

I want you to know we have paid in full for inventory planned for the postponed boxes to ensure that despite our change in plans, we are still doing what we can to support the brands we love during this time and we look forward to sharing those boxes with you very soon. We have also reached out to our favorite makers from all across the country to feature in these new coming-soon self care boxes so that we can support our fellow small businesses while supporting this community. After all, we are in this together.

Boxes are shipped within 3 business days of purchase. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details. Most orders are sent USPS Priority 2 or 3 Day Mail unless otherwise noted in your shipping confirmation email. Please allow for an extra 48 hours on top of usual shipping times for shipments to sit in our COVID-19 safety holding zone before being collected by our shipping partners. Please note this will add 48 hour to our usual 3-5 business day delivery window.

INTERNATIONAL

We currently ship to most Canadian Territories for a flat rate of $15 USD. We are working hard to bring the Pop Of Health Shop and THE NON TOX BOX™ to as many members of our community as possible.
