10 Things I'm Loving Right Now
Today I’m sharing ten things I am loving right now from the Pop Of Health shop. No matter where you are on your low tox living journey, I think you’ll find something in this list that will help you make a swap that is safer for people and planet alike.

5. Food Huggers Bowl Lids

6. Milk and Honey Sugar Lip Scrub
My lips tend to get dry and dull when the seasons begin to change. One way I counteract this is by using a high quality lip scrub. Exfoliate, hydrate and boost circulation to your lips with a hyperclean and yummy lip polish like this one from Milk and Honey. I use this lip polish as part of my morning routine to slough of dry, dead skin, boost blood flow for youthful looking lips and create a smooth, hydrated surface for makeup application. Just massage a small amount on your lips, then wipe or lick off the sugar, leaving the organic oils to hydrate. This particular blend of vanilla and cardamom has the added benefit of tasting like a holiday cookie so can’t complain there!
7. DIY NUT MILK BAG
Did you know you can make your own nut milks at home? You can and its SO easy. I go in and out of phases with nut milks. I’ll go months making it myself, enjoying the simple fresh ingredients and the satisfaction of knowing I MADE THIS! Then something will throw me off my routine and I’ll slip back into store-bought. Well you know I just renovated my kitchen so I’m feeling extra chef-y these days and am back on the DIY nut milk train. Here’s the secret to great at home nut milk: THIS BAG. Yep, all you need are a few simple ingredients like water, your favorite nuts, a sweetener if you choose - and THIS. This reusable mesh nut milk bag is easy to use and clean and my favorite way to whip up fresh cashew milk, juicer-free green juice (yes, really!) or even at-home cold brew! 9. Bamboo Reusable Face Rounds
I am loving this simple swap for making your beauty routine more sustainable. These reusable bamboo facial pads allow you to apply or remove your skincare and makeup products - including toners, masks, cleansers and more - without creating waste! Cool right!? Simply put your used rounds in the provided laundry bag, toss them in the wash and voila! - a fresh set to be used over and over. I have a white set that I use for toners, cleansers, etc. And I have a black set I use for removing mascara and dark eye makeup. They are super soft, double sided, come with their own little wash bag and kind of make your whole routine feel elevated while you do good for the planet. 10. Joco Cup in AMBERLIGHT & TERRACOTTA
If you know me at all you know I adore the completely plastic free, all glass and silicone, reusabale to go cups from Joco. They were featured in several versions of The Non Tox Box® and the very first item you could purchase individually in the Pop Of Health Shop. And that’s because they are just THAT fantastic- the shape, the feels, the spill stopping lid, the various sizes and most importantly the fact that a single cup can keep 500+ single use plastics out of our oceans and landfills annually (and keep plastic chemicals out of my coffee or matcha)! So, it’s fair to say they are ALWAYS a thing I’m loving. I don’t just use these cups on the go. I use them lid-free around the home or sipping at my desk, walking around the yard with the dogs or while fulfilling orders from the shop. I love them. And the beautiful colors that can coordinate with any outfit or vibe are just icing on the cake. Currently, something about the warmth of the Terracotta and Amberlight hues have been calling to me. I grab these two more than the others and think they’d be a beautiful, sustainable addition to anyones life.
